"No air conditioning and the lobby.... Manager is not there supposedly he's on vacation.And the active manager sandra needs to be retraining in customer service..... Renovation is going on next door very noisy..... Check in takes forever , and you must have your hotel.com reservation so they could reconfirm.\n Your reservation, if that makes sense. Even after giving them your passport in a lobby with no air condition and no support. To help you with the internet , just handed a card and you're on your own...... And supposedly the manager sandra was there and did not say , could I help you with the internet..... Horrible experience right off the gate.Do not recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was great as always. This was my second visit to the Lind, I felt the menu options for lunch were not great, not the best value for your money considering it was a luxury hotel. Beachfront gorgeous, must see!"

"Very clean, great buffet bfast, and just mins walk to station 1 white beach. Staff very helpful & the pool was very clean. They also have complimentary van rides that took us to d mall to enjoy other areas in boracay. Definitely will go back to this resort and recommend them to my friends."

"I wont recommend booking in this hotel.Elevator smelt like sewer the whole time.We stayed at the lobby while waiting for our pick up and the mosquitos are just terrible"

"Every thing was perfect. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and nice. They had a great breakfast with many options. If you are vegan/vegetarian there are options for you. The resort location is great, it's not too crowded by the beach front area. There are plenty of beach chairs as well. I looked at the other resorts near by and they didnt have a lot chairs/tables. I would definitely come back here if I came back to Boracay."

"The hotel is located in a less busy part of boracay and is hidden within trees, green and beach. The staff seemed very nice and kind, but unfortunately our experience was not the best. First, the rooms allocated sit across from the reception and right above where the streaks and buses come to pick up and drop off guests. There is constant noise, especially since the cars need to come there backwards and with the loud sound playing as the rear gear is engaged. And the concierge and guests will naturally talk to communicate, and that adds to the noise substantially. The breakfast was disappointing (but food at restaurant and the pizza were actually not bad). They failed to replace the toilet paper (makes you wonder why they don’t always have an extra one) and despite failing to replace with cleanup, and after I had called them to ask for, they never send someone to bring us …toilet paper. Again, the staff seemed nice but clearly the hotel could benefit from improvements in management. The hotel sits in a great location and has great potential, but management has to change."
