It was a very pleasant stay. Facilities were good and location close to the centre of town which was really convenient.
Unfortunately the beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up (!) The bed situation will see me look for an alternative in the future.

Gap under front door allowing a draft .No where to place soap in shower and no where to hang clothes in shower room .

I booked three rooms and was travelling with a 82 and a 84 year old disabled person. When the 82 year old went to reception asking why there were no car parks in front of one of our rooms she was spoken to very rudely by the manager. I then went to speak to him and he said and I will quote him exactly "you can take your money and get out". The website clearly states car parking available and it was a lie. There are 40 rooms and only 23 car spots. Do not stay here because the manager does not care about his guests and the parking is not included. It's a fight to get a car spot and bad luck if you have an elderly disabled person - before I made the booking I rang and confirmed we could have ground floor rooms and also that there would be a car park in front of the room. They lied about the car parking.

Hi Ivanka,I am sorry that your experience has not been all that you expected. As discussed, we have plenty of car parks, however they are unassigned. There is also an expectation that guests will treat staff with respect and courtesy while staying with us.

The room was clean and tidy, a bit hot in the bedrooms as only rely on the air conditioner in the living room. The motel is very close to shops.
