Very centrally located and served our purpose though the Breakfast package provided could have been a bit better compared to the normal breakfast as it was Easter.

Nice room. Bistro offers good healthy choices for dinner at a reasonable price, breakfast is included. Only downside was poor internet

Very small room. Comfortable bed, but difficult to keep cool on hot night. Only one bedside light Only one power outlet and another required for CPAP , had to borrow extension cord. Meal service in bistro was terrible - 40 minutes wait.

Didn’t sleep well because of rowdy people from the pub. Asked for a late checkout and was told NO, STRICTLY NO LATE CHRCKOUT.

This hotel was so disappointing, it desperately needs maintenance on the rooms, the reception and the pool. There were so many things wrong with the room, the shower head wouldn’t stay up and the shower leaked out the door. The carpet in-front of the bathroom was always wet and there was mould on the archway. The hand rail in the bathroom had been stolen so there was no where to hang the towels. The tv was playing up and so we couldn’t change the channel. There was no phone in the room to call reception for help and when you went to reception there was no one there. The walls were grubby with marks all over them and there was a sign telling you not to put anything but water in the kettle. It just felt like a half way house that no one had looked after for a very long time. The pool was half empty and had a funky smell. Our room was out the back next to the bws and it was so noisy all night. The walls must have super thin as you can hear everything. Had I done more research I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.
