My booking was for an 11am checkout. I had an Asian woman bang on my door and told me checkout was 10am and that I had to leave. I showed her my booking that stated 11am and she said that’s a mistake you need to leave. Top shelf hospitality

Unfortunately the reception desk closed before the advertised time on the website. Due to an early departure the following morning, it meant that the included breakfast was not available in the room the night before. Otherwise, everything else was in order.
