This place needs to be thoroughly cleaned and renovated. It’s surrounded with homeless people, which makes it feel unsafe. The location is convenient for Expo NM, but in retrospect I would have preferred to stay further and uber to the fair grounds.

You get what you pay for
Posted 10 Mar 2024 on HotelsHoles in the sheets. Deadbolt broken. Useless blackout curtains with gaps at the top. I've convinced myself the stains on the wall are hair dye.
Not pictured- horrible grout job and a random screw in the shower wall. Loose threshold between bathroom and sink, and it's sharp. Sheets worn out, elastic doesn't hold them on. Outlets in the lamps only work with lamps on.
Surrounding area- homeless everywhere and an encampment in the lot next door. Bars on the windows of the office and a locked door when I was trying to check in.

Thank you for your feedback. You spend 2 nights here and did not even mention anything about the problem. We would give you full refund and you could check out. Homeless people problem in here is biggest issue in Albuquerque and it’s everywhere. It’s city s responsibility to solve the issue we can’t help about it.

Fine. No disgusting carpet.
Posted 13 Oct 2023 on HotelsWe booked through hotels.com then drove there. The lobby was locked so I had to call, then someone came. Maybe they worry about crime? Check in was fine. The room was fine. Air freshener plugged into the wall. No bed bugs. Laminate flooring, no disgusting carpet.

Posted 13 Aug 2023 on HotelsI was expecting this stay to be horrible due to location, I was wrong. There is alot of homeless people outside of the parking lot and some drugs. From what i noticed, it never came onto the propeety. Room was fairly nice and everything worked the way it was suppossed to. Management/staff worked with me to get me a room that would work for me, which was greatly appreciated. Only negative i saw was that there was a lot of trash in the parking lot but Im fairly certain there is only so much that they could do aboit it.
