Focus on cleaning the bathroom especially the bathtub

The room was dirty. There was a piece of bread under the desk, and there were ants. Towels were used. There were makings from where you wash your hands, and the water sits there and hardens. The bed sheets were dirty with red candy stains. The bathroom was unclean, and dried urine was on the toilet seat. I used to come here a few years back. I am disappointed that this hotel has lowered its value. Customer service was good. We were greeted, and the person explained the papers being signed. The room location for the price is high. In the morning, children were running around making noise, which is expected. The room needed cleaning!

The front desk helped me when I had to emergency order an electrical transformer cord for my CPap machine which I had forgotten.

Clean. Had to walk around to front to access lobby breakfast. Had to call for housekeeping otherwise only every 3 days.
