The front desk staff was excellent. The cafe staff and bar employees were also very nice and accommodating! They gave me additional towels and coffee. The breakfast was delicious. The bathtub was dated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Jacuzzi was hot and relaxing.

Clean, comfortable, good shuttle to the airport, and Wendy at the front desk was cheerful and helpful at 5 AM.

I apologize your bank has not released this hold. We release it upon check out and it then goes to the bank who can take up to 10 business days to release the hold.
