The room had bed bugs! Disgusting!! My son and grandson had to leave at 2 am. We didnt sleep all night. My Down Syndrome son had Special Olympic State meets at 8 am. He had hardly any sleep! We were finally moved to another room the next day. Breakfast was sausage only the two days, no bacon. Items were constantly out, people waiting over 30 minutes for coffee icluding myself. Items were over cooked and oatmeal was like glue! The absolute worst Holiday Inn express ever!

We loved this place we will definitely be staying again. Rooms are clean and the staff is super friendly. The pool is nice as well my daughter really enjoyed it.

Staff was great. Solid over-nighter. Area somewhat unsafe. Near freeway and main road so noisy.

The person at the front desk refused to print out my receipt under the excuse that I paid though Expedia. She said that she is being doing that for ten years and they cannot do that unless we call directly to the hotel. She was nice, but I really need the receipt, and even when I explain I need it to get a reimbursement, she refused. I don’t understand why the hotel has this policy, or if it's Expedia's as she said, but it seems wrong.

We find the property safe, given the patrol cars and lighting. Many homeless people in Albuquerque.

This was a clean, spacious hotel with plenty of dining options within walking distance. I especially appreciated easy walking access to Walgreens and IPCC. Most importantly, the staff was professional and friendly. I look forward to staying here the next time I visit Albuquerque!

The only complaint is that the property itself smells really old specifically the elevators. All good once you’re at your room though. Felt safe at the fact they had security in the parking lot and breakfast options where good too.
