Staff proactively upgraded our room before we got there due to issues with the assigned room. Also we will be given a free nights stay. Staff was fantastic, very friendly. Could not ask for more from a hotel.

This hotel has definitely impressed me. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings and the mixer appetizers in the evenings are a huge bonus for sure. Definitely a very underrated place to stay for the price. Best value hands down. I will be staying here from now on whenever in ABQ

Clean room and practical floor plan in the lobby and rooms too. Friendly staff throughout the building. I like that the tables in the dining area get cleaned up upon being used.

Door to parking lock unusable. Had to walk husband is handicapped around the entire perimeter to find an entrance. Check in was terrible
