Ernie in maintenance was very friendly and helpful! The night manager or gentleman that was there until 11pm each night, I am forgetting his name but tall gentleman was always so friendly and aware of what’s going on in the town!

Roaches in room had to move to other room and only credit 30.00 dollars, seems like staff and management is ok with roaches in their rooms

This is a racist place to stay at. They were rude, did not have good greeting manners, lady was rude. No room available when booked already. Does not accept third party booking. Horrible place and horrible experience.

Hi Theresa,I do not see that you came to or stayed in our hotel. and in fact, this Expedia reservation was cancelled, and your fees were given back to you. We were not sold out at any time this month and have had plenty availability. I do regret that you had a bad experience, but please know you would have enjoyed a stay with us here at the Crowne Plaza.

Nice lobby, the restaurant looked nice, but we did not have breakfast there. We looked for a hotel guide, printed or on TV but could not find one.

We had a dead bug in our room. The room had not been dusted in a while. When eating at the restaurant the silverware was not clean and the service was non existent.
