Great location, everything nearby.

Very nicely located with all Albi’s beautiful sights a short walk away. The Hotel is no-frills. clean and comfortable. Easy parking and check in/check out were flawless. The hotel personnel were professional, and friendly. I would gladly stay there again.

Overnight stop, good choice and value.

Good choice for an overnight stop. Managed to top up battery on my PHEV. Hotel manages to everything competently. Receptionist on arrival was very helpful.

After I checked in, I was told that there was no internet. It wasn’t a temporary outage but rather a “problem “. I ultimately decided that I would leave. I have asked for a refund.

We needed a place to base ourselves whilst renovating our house 10 minutes away. It ticked all the boxes for a clean base, hot bath and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a good start to a hard days work

Don’t bother.

30 minute check in due to confusion over payment with receptionist and no apology! 360 room hotel and no one speaks English in the building! Finally get my room - characterless empty chamber with no view! finally spent 45 minutes trying to connect wi fi which failed so gave up. Breakfast was cold as well. Hotel is full of elderly Spanish who appear to be on a govt subsidised break. No bar no entertainment just a vast hotel with no character. I could go on but overall a very disappointing stay.
