I had to ask for soap three times before someone responded. I also asked for bath towels but no one brought any.

The hotel rooms seem like a very basic dorm
Room… room had no soap and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone for hours - had no much at the front desk either … had to track down a housekeeper in the morning for soap
