I woke up to a roach on my pillow and the lamps had rust and roach droppings on them

Room was very dirty. Stains running down the walls, bugs, and mold in the bathroom.

It is right next to the mall and several restaurants. Very convenient.

Other guests were up and chatting outside the rooms late at night and early in the morning. Top linen was soiled, bathroom facial tissue-only 4 pieces; dirty soap dispensers and shower stall had dirty marks. I did not even change my clothes. Reported on my way out next day - no apology!

I liked the close proximity to shopping and eating locations. The things that I didn't like is that there were stains on the beddings, looked like food and some sort of residue on the floor, it seemed sticky. In addition to this there was black mold in the shower. I didn't ask for a different room or change hotels because I was tired from traveling and only there for the weekend.

There was bugs in the room. I booked for 2 nights, checked out after 1. I was offered another room, however, it's reasonable to believe bugs works been in that room as well. I did not receive a refund for the 2nd night

The lobby was very nice & clean. The room had a chair that was so filthy! I did let the front staff know they should throw it out. Room smelled, floor was sticky, & just dirty. Poor maintenance over all.
