There was a gigantic bug by the window where we had to check in after hrs. Like as big as your foot...how can they not see that?! Looked passed that because I wanted a place to lay out heads for the night. Got the room key. Went and parked closer to our door. Got to the room and opened the door and got blasted in the face with humidity. Enough to take your breath away. If you book this hotel please make sure to tinker with AC unit in the room so you can actual breath and stay comfy. Other than these two issues our stay was good.

The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, didn't have a problem with check in everything was good. Will be back again

The staff took all of my stuff out of my room. I only got half back and noone wants to be responsible or make this situation right, giving me the run around
