The room had a red sofa with stains on it. The regirator had ice build up. Needs to be freshened up, new paint

Where to start? Bathroom fixtures do not mork properly and need to be replaced. Cigarette burns on the edge of the bath tub. Beverage stains on the night stands. No soap or body wash, had to ask for at the front desk. Undersized fitted sheet on the bed. It only attached to the upper rim of the mattress, not the entire mattress. No carts to transport belongings from my car to the room. Had to make several trips. No telephone in the room. Definitely not up to Days Inn standards. Won't be staying here again.

I am shocked Wyndham allows its name to be associated with this property. the room was so dirty - mold on bathroom door, plaster/ceiling tile material falling into tub - counter/sink dirty with dust/ceiling tile material. plus it is a smoking room and had a disgusting odor and burn marks on the blankets on the beds. The other people staying in the rooms obviously did drugs based on the paraphernalia/trash seen in the parking lot. Two 'guests' were yelling about 'hooking' during the night. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

This property is very rundown and poorly managed. The room smelled like smoke and the bathroom door lacked a lock.
The pool has been out of operation since COVID until now, April 2024.
