Unfriendly staff, place felt like it wasn't even in business all the lights are off in hallways probably for them to save money instead of doing it for energy purposes. There was an upcharge for basically everything even wifi, this is not "all inclusive" so do not go for the extra charge for all inclusive. Surrounding area dirty and not safe feeling along with the property itself.

Imposiible to sleep due to loud music all the time, no sound proff. We stayed 14 day, linens were changed once, towels - twice, no floor cleaning, no bathroom cleaning.

They give bracelets and towel cards only after check-in at 14-00. If you arrive earlier, no way to have some rest before 14-00 PM. Food is standard, nothing special. Chicken, potatoes etc.
