same food options every day, no good wifi access

Pros: Entertainments
Cons: wifi access and more traditional Turkish food such as different kebab and good Turkish coffee
Location: very far from city centre and the main airport which is about 3 hours drive from Antalya airport.
friendly staff, good entertainment, good food but same every day, not enough options, very unsatisfactory access to wifi

Not a 5* hotel

This is not 5* hotel. Food is not really tasty, small choice, alkohol drinks for all inclusive bad choice. If in Spain some cocktails are free, in this hotel you need to pay. The evening shows are not interesting. Hotel staff very friendly, very helpful.

Better than I expected

I came to the hotel with relatively high expectations with it being a 5 star hotel. I was amazed at just how good the hotel was and i dont think the pictures do it justice.The rooms were spacious and had excelent air conditioning (which you definetly need for the high temperatures in Turkey). I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff were really helpful.as I got stranded at the airport ofter my transfer company refused to take me to hotel. Watch out for e. .The staff realised how traumatised I was and did every thing they could to make it a good time.A special mention to massage photography and main reception who were very good

a disappointing 5* hotel with unhappy customers

Pros: Dinners with some nice meals and 1.5 litres bottle water availability!
Cons: Increase and Renew personnel (hire educated personnel), change drinking water policy, make the sea (entrance) safe, renew material (sun bed)..
Location: drive to downtown Alanya.
- Drinking water inconvenience: till 10:00 no water at all except in restaurant, after 10:00 water is available from carboys with plastic cups (which are not disposable, but plastic; therefore easily scratch-able and worn; not defined well to recognized which ones are clean and which ones are used; so you need to be very careful in order not to use a used cup, or a cup in bad shape such as scratches and worn.. - Rancid food ! (tomatoes, watermelon, salami etc..) - No beach, but dangerous, slippery rocky entrance to sea or sea pier of 3 meters high! - dirty sun-beds, - Personnel: either very friendly but not professional or not performing willingly, bored. - a small pool, especially when the sea entrance is bad, the pool is very small, over populated - The room looked O.K. when we first entered the room, but when we came to sleep we noticed we did not have any pique cover, and one pillow was absent; No problem, there would be mistakes, we asked through the phone. After 15 minutes we asked again, and there was problem then, the man on the phone behaved in such a way that we were asking very special requests! So we should not ask again and allow them a little more time! In deed, what we asked were just their mistake not a special request, instead of apologizing, they were accusing us for our search for our rights; they were not professional, their behavior were not unhandsome! -Noisy A/C -Bad smell of bath, - Garbages on tables, corridors etc.
