Comfortable accommodation in a lovely village
Posted 31 Oct 2015 on HotelsThe hotel is situated in a beautiful village with plenty of good walks nearby, which our hosts were happy to tell us about. They were also very helpful in giving us advice before our arrival about the route from Seville and parking in the village.
Our room was lovely, with a terrace and direct access to the garden. The swimming pool was not in use when we visited (late Oct) but would be lovely in the summer.
Our host provided a very reasonably priced meal for us on two evenings and other restaurants were available in the village.
A quiet spot in a non-touristy village.

Cosy posada in excellent walking area
Posted 11 May 2015
Cons: Traditional breakfast with interesting home made items, but a wider choice of fruit and perhaps eggs, cheese or ham would be appreciated by walkers.
Location: Lots of walks and pretty villages. We enjoyed the Museo de Jamon in Aracena and the Rio Tinto mines were fascinating.
We enjoyed our stay at the posada and followed 2 delightful walks suggested by Lucy and Angel. We had one of Lucy's evening meals which was excellent. As the weather was so hot in May we were a little disappointed to find the pool not ready to be used.
