My room was crawling with roaches, there is a serious infestation going on there.

This place was horrible. Rooms were not clean, nasty stains all over bathrooms, were not made or cleaned. Did not stay after checking in requested refund. Drug use was very noticable as well.

I booked this hotel on a whim because we needed somewhere to turn into for the night in our way to Ft. Lauderdale. If all you need is somewhere to turn in so you can sleep for the night then this place will do in a pinch. It’s clearly seen better days though. The mattresses were old & the sheets are threadbare. The toilet needed attention & there was a dead bug stuck to the wall by the mirror. But it got the job done and we made it to our destination safely.

It was the worst experience I've ever had... I booked online and they did not honor the price that I was quoted online... the towels and sheets were filled with stains... I left after 5 minutes... I was told that I would receive a refund and it's been 7 days now .. Nobody answers the phone I've called at least 20 times on different days.. I want my money back.. The staff member that checked me in was very nice, professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. On the other hand, bathroom tub and toilet seat was dirty, after every flush was overflowing where I had to use a plunger every time, shower curtain was moldy and towels were was dirty as well so I used my own. And upon checkout, the property manager, not so much. I feel as though as he needs to become more informed of promotions associated with bookings before ensuing confrontation and also work on his people skills.
