Water in the bathroom was a nightmare. No hot water. There’s some lukewarm water at best and there’s a couple of times we had some warmer water in the shower but the pressure was too weak. Water in the rain shower was a trickle. It was so annoying when you’re trying to rinse off. I ended up squatting at the faucet water. We called for these to be addressed, 3 times the maintenance came and didn’t really helped the situation so we were moved 2 times. We appreciate the room upgrade but it didn’t really made our stay as comfortable cause we’re sponge bathing the whole time. Hot water shower should be basic feature in any hotel. Gym was so-so.
Pros: Staff were all awesome, WiFi is ok but spotty. Bed was awesome very comfortable. Walking distance to Westgate where you can find great restaurants in this area. Like Cafe Breton, Alba, Wildflour and melo’s. There’s also a supermarket nearby.
But I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in the area. Due to the issue with the water. Manila is hot and humid so we take a shower 2-3 times a day. And it’s not fun not been able to do that as often as we would love to cause of the water pressure and the cold water. We stayed in Crimson Hotel prior to this and we had better experience there with the same price point.

I did not get the room I booked however I was happy with the service provided by Kristina. She did her best to meet what I requested. She’s respectful and courteous. Appreciated the upgrade but the airconditioning is not great. The bathroom where I was floods with water after shower. All staff were awesome but the property's air conditioning system needs attention and the hotel lobby is too congested with restaurants.

Highly recommended,staffs are great, foods are one of the best,it’s just that our car got some scratches on the parking lot and the pool, too much chlorine and the water of the pool is not that clean.
We will definitely coming back .
