A beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, and the reception was very welcoming and nice. House keepers were polite, respectful and provided requested items promptly. It was a very nice experience...

Ruined Family trip due to the manager
Posted 24 Feb 2024 on HotelsThe manager needs some training in hospitality and honesty. Booked a higher category Room but was given a lower category. When I complained the hotel staff accepted the mistake and were ready to change the room after confirming with the manager. To our surprise the manger refused . Ruined the family trip
