Even I got a confirmed booking from expedia, when I reached the hotel they informed me it's already full even before the time I made my reservation. Also, I found a guy in the same hotel faced same issue I experienced from expedia. Unfortunately, I used the chat support, but their reply was "we can't help you with that"!
