A lovely hotel right in the Souq, which is perfect for shopping in the markets, and eating out with plenty of cheap, authentic food to choose from. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, coffee pod machine and unlimited bottled water. We were given a complimentary bowl of fruit upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and kind, and nothing was a bother for them. The breakfast was amazing with a good variety of hot food and pastries as well as barista made coffee. There is a taxi stand right across the road and the cost to the airport is around 28-35 rials ($12-$15 Australian dollars). The metro/train is within walking distance but one of the hotel staff will drop you there in the cart. We enjoyed our stay very much and the hotel comes highly recommended.

This was a great hotel! They own 8 hotels in the area and by staying here you have access to their other facilities. Great food, amazing rooms and very attentive staff. Ahmed was very helpful with transportation as well!

The gentle people behind the desk in the hall.. very kindly to me.. helping me with my luggage delay at the airport, calling me all the time the take service , and the smile on they face every time make my stay even more nicer 🙏

I was not able to visit this hotel because flight authorizations from here were cancelled because of security concerns after the rocket attacks. The hotel refused to refund or reschedule the stay, which was their legal right, but I'm certainly not going to give them a good review for not doing what the airlines and other hotels did.
