I would like to share my experience and notice that Mr Nader helped me with providing amazing room for my family. Service is 5 stars and pool and restaurant are mostly recommended.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and can happily say it was a great experience. The breakfast had a-lot of choice with staff going out there way to get you anything you wished. The area had a lovely calm feel to it and was nice and quite too. In the evening we spent each night at trader vic restaurant/ bar, which was amazing! Food was great especially the seafood wok dish. Had a great tiki vibe with a large selection of cocktails and mock tails. The music Spanish vibes which worked really well. They had two girls who sang with great voices and added to the experience which was brilliant. Would highly recommend this place and if I’m ever back in Al Ain it would be the only place I would stay without a doubt.

Property has 2 wings (old and new), we choose to stay in the old wing (based on Jessie - reception team-) recommendation. It was great stay and our room was upgraded to junior suit. The suit was in excellent condition however it was missing some items like slippers, coffee machine, iron and iron board, but the stay was great. Thank you Jessie for making our stay wonderful.
