Not what I expected. Getting to the property felt quite unsafe. Hotel was quite run fown, not 5 star as advertised.

First of all it was very difficult to find the road that goes to the hotel. The staff was very nice but the condition of the room was terrible. We could not find a way to turn the lights off, so we had to unscrew some of the bulbs... then when we thought the switch finally took care of the last lamp and it went off, a few seconds later it turned into a strobe light and kept flashing on and off until we removed that bulb also. The wood on the molding and door were rotting away from moisture or a leak. There was not a single cup or glass in the entire room. No water in the room and no mini bar. Bed was not comfortable. Wi-fi password did not work at all, so basically there was no wi-fi. I thought I had booked the room for 3 people... they said I didn't, which is possible, so I paid extra for my son to stay there. They took the money, but didn't give us a third towel. Overall, it was disappointing.

Posted 9 Aug 2017 on HotelsIt says 5 stars but would probably barely deserve 3. It wasn't clean to start with. The buffet was quite poor for Turkish standards. The place was remote to anything. The room smells like cigarette although all rooms are apparently non-smoking rooms. The only positive thing was the helpfulness of the staff.

worst hotel experience
Posted 29 Jun 2017The bathroom had a strong smell of marijuana that I could not get rid of. Additionally, there was visible water or urine behind the toilet. It was not a pleasant stay

Umgebung Luft Landschaft herrlich aber die Zimmern sind nicht nach 5 Sternen ausgerichtet sind vollkommen Renovierungs bedürftig eine weitere Empfehlung (Freundeskreis )würde ich mich zurück halten
