Simple accommodations, but very convenient, and breakfast was good

Very well located. Has everything you need. Breakfast is good. Thoughtful preparation for all.

The receptionist said for over 10 minutes that I did not have a reservation, she refused to look at my confirmation number and kept saying I didn't have a reservation. Eventually her manager came over to the computer, clicked 2 buttons and in 5 seconds my reservation was shown and she apologized. The original receptionist never apologized for the delay she caused. The room was very basic and bed was quite hard.

今回2回目の利用でしたが、前回と同じくスタッフの対応や設備、気持ちよく利用することができました。
