Room not that clean and heater not working well at night

Not bad property but awful staff. Staff were not informative and very rude at sometimes . Check on experience was very disappointing. The reception staff struggled to convince me that my booking was without breakfast despite the fact that I showed them my booking details. There is be guy I called him MR EXTRA CHARGE… because any request I make he would say that will be for extra charge …!
