Busy location

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This property is 3 feet from a busy waterfront street with trucks, buses and cars passing 3 feet from your windows from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. It’s also directly across from the wharf where all the cruise ships bring their passengers all day long. The room is okay, but the location is anything but ideal

Absolutely beautiful….had all the amenities and was warm and comfortable- beds were wonderful and location lovely was a perfect venue for a romantic getaway

Best position in Akaroa. Great views and right in the township. Well equipped. The building is showing its age and is a little tired. It could be cleaner. Despite that, my wife and I will use it again.

Fabulous location and well equipped. Only complaint is lack of sound-proofing from apartment above.
