Beautiful room with large terrace overlooking the lake. Stunning views. Lovely staff. We didn’t have breakfast because at €18 for a continental breakfast, we thought it was a bit expensive. Parking is a bit tricky. Nice walk to the lakeshore where there were several restaurants open for dinner. Aix is still very quiet in mid May, with lots of restaurants and facilities still closed.

Nice Stop Over
Posted 23 Apr 2022 on HotelsVery pleasant and helpful service. We stayed on our way south and on our return trip. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and good value and all we needed for a brief stay. The overall ambience is peaceful.

There was a mix up on dates when booking through Expedia (probably user error, but realised within 30 seconds of making the booking) and it was extremely painful to fix it. I think both the hotel and Expedia bear some responsibility for the painful process of fixing it. Might have been nice if the hotel could have been a bit more pragmatic and helpful.
Check in was a bit slow since we had to have the breakfast menu read to us and order.
Lake views are EXCELLENT, room was lovely, nice terrace and inviting looking pool (which we didn't have time to try).
Entrance area and reception rather shabby!
I think a bit expensive for what it was, but if your priority is lake view, it's a good bet.

Gorgeous pool and terrace
Posted 14 Sep 2019 on HotelsThe staff is incredibly kind and friendly and the pool area is a dream. My room was too near the main road with very heavy traffic. I will go back definitely but will ask for a room with pool and mountain view.

Worst experience ever in my life, breakfast was too poor, they removed the food (or what called food) without asking us while we were eating. We came to the tables and could not find forks or spoons, no one asked if we want anything, dishes were not clean, the hotel staff leave at 8:30 pm, no phone in the room, they did not clean the rooms or the bathrooms during our stay, they left our morning coffee cups in the room unremoved until we found that evening, the sink in the shower and the bathroom without sink, so each time i went to bathroom i had to run through the room to the other bathroom to wash my hands, what a hygieninc atmosphere. Full of dogs with their urine everywhere, hotel staff completely unprofessional and know nothing about service,
If you did not go yet, make sure you dont as it is a complete waste of money.
No firdge,
No safe,
No wardrobe,
The employees have a spare key of your room while you are out,
No reception and i had to look all the hote to find someone to check us in.
The guy checked us in told us if you dont like it, you can find another hotel.

Thank you for your stay in our hotel.
Breakfast is open from 8,30 am up to 10,30, of course if you come at 11h of after not much things is still available (and we were kind not to take everything out before !).
All the rooms are cleaned daily in the morning, if you refused that the cleaning staff make their job during that time room can't be done properly.
Well as you come not friendly at all and rather antipathetic from your arrival up to your departure we are not surprised by such stupid review from you.
Life can be nice and peaceful you know, such childish is useless, other customers can judge by themselves.

It is 3 star hotel dont expecr to se the 4 th

Safe deposit box in the room refrigirator ,wi fi network that is working a nice breakfast which is better than continental,while wishing that while you are staying in the hotel none of noisy maintenance works will be met.

We advise you to watch carefully hotels descriptions for your next stay in hotels because we are not a 4 stars hotel, just a non stared one offering you a maximum of services and amenities in order for our customers to spend the best stay as possible.
Also it's clearly written in our Hotels.com description all the amenities we've got... safe and fridge isn't... breakfast included with no extra cost... be more rigorous in reading...
whatever hope that you took the most of your wonderfull panoramic view from your room, the nice pool and garden, the decoration of your room and ours vegetal wall... it would have been much more fair to talk about that rather than extrapolating about Stars...
