Conveniently located close to the airport. Had an odd smell but looked mostly clean. The shuttle was not very accommodating, after calling from a desk at the airport (since I do not have a phone plan in the USA) I was told I had to call to request the shuttle when I was physically outside, so I did (and paid dearly for that phone call - nowhere online did it indicate the call had to be made by a cellphone once outside the airport) then I ended up waiting long enough that I could have walked from the desk I had called from 10 times over before the shuttle showed up. It then stopped at multiple other locations but didn’t pick anyone up. Since I had picked this hotel mainly for its close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle, I was left disappointed with the stay but overall it was average, not great but also far from horrible.

The property is in a good area and close to many dining and shopping areas. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We arrived early off our cruise and the staff checked us in early which we were very grateful for. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel could do with a little more upkeep especially in the central areas (corridor, elevator, etc). Breakfast was available but we had a early flight.
