My recent business trip to Orlando was made incredibly convenient and enjoyable thanks to the excellent accommodations at the Ramada by Wyndham Suites Orlando Airport. After taking the Brightline train from Miami, I hopped on a complimentary shuttle that whisked me directly to the hotel. The affordable yet well-appointed suite was equipped with all necessary amenities, allowing me to work comfortably before my evening meeting. The exceptional service provided by the warm, professional staff truly stood out - from the front desk team to the attentive kitchen staff and diligent cleaning crew, every interaction was marked by courtesy. I indulged in a generous complimentary breakfast with a variety of options before departing. The combination of convenient transportation, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional service made for a truly seamless and comfortable experience.

The parking was easy, staff was polite and quick, from check in to being in my room under 5 minutes.
Breakfast was good, they should add a second waffle machine ! . My only issue was that the property seemed a bit rundown, only one elevator working, door handle of the room could get stuck ( this did not affect security ), the safe in the room was half working ( some digits were not working ), the toilet after flushing down made constant noises for hours and the room phone although wireless was not working, had to press line 1 button to dial in.
However internet speed was great, TV was nice and modern, I really suggest you bring an HDMI cable to use your PC on it. Room was nice and room service was great , fridge and microwave a plus for having some coffee or drinks.

Clean property. Air conditioning was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Good tv channel selection. It was great having a refrigerator and microwave.

Conveniently located close to the airport. Had an odd smell but looked mostly clean. The shuttle was not very accommodating, after calling from a desk at the airport (since I do not have a phone plan in the USA) I was told I had to call to request the shuttle when I was physically outside, so I did (and paid dearly for that phone call - nowhere online did it indicate the call had to be made by a cellphone once outside the airport) then I ended up waiting long enough that I could have walked from the desk I had called from 10 times over before the shuttle showed up. It then stopped at multiple other locations but didn’t pick anyone up. Since I had picked this hotel mainly for its close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle, I was left disappointed with the stay but overall it was average, not great but also far from horrible.
