I had a great experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport. My fiancé and I were well received by a friendly host, who also offered us a bag of pretzels and two bottled waters. Not to mention the complimentary adult drinks that were also offered. Our room was delightfully clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast bar and omelette station was a very nice touch, adding to the whole experience. That was our first time staying at the Embassy Suites, but it will definitely not be our last. We look forward to staying there again.
There were two things that I would address. I thought that the cost of parking was a tad excessive, something like $24 a night. The other thing was the very rude waitress at the in-house restaurant. She was working the evening shift. She needs to be retrained completely.

Very helful staff. I have to say the shuttle bus driver was brilliant. He told us the best place to go to see the rocket launch and recomended various restaurants in the Titusville area to use. Give him a raise!

The rooms and hallways are extremely dated, everything is old as ever! In addition, the sheets smelled like someone else laid in it and they just re-fixed the bed but never replaced or washed the linens. I was Bery disappointed in the Embassy Suites at this location.

Very close to the Orlando airport. Provides free shuttle service to and from the airport. Can schedule a convenient time for return shuttle to airport. Serves a delicious, free, full breakfast to guests.

All the staff were so pleasant and nice. Dinner choices were excellent as well as delicious. Ride to the airport provided. Located in a very nice area.

Just wish they would have let us check in early. They wanted an extra $75 to do so. We got here at 10 and just had to sit around and wait.
