Pool was great, good breakfast but no welcoming staff just a key at the couny

On Sundays, the reception desk is closed between 12pm and 3pm. The rule in our hotel is that you can get your room from 3pm. As you arrived earlier than 3pm, we provided a key on the counter to avoid you to wait...

Great hotel, highly recommend
Posted 5 Aug 2019 on HotelsGreat hotel. Very friendly receptionist at check-in. Room was large and very clean. Air conditioning was a life saver. Hotel was very quiet, secure car parking and great location only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. 5/5.

Posted 7 Oct 2018 on HotelsWe stopped on our way to Spain, the hotel is a short walk from the charming town on the river Adour. There is a small pool, but it was a bit cold! Nice breakfast, dog friendly hotel, helpful cheerful staff.

The hotel is attractive and modern and excellent value. Reception warm. My single problem was ants in the room, only noticed late at night. Killed as many as I could and reported in next morning. I am sure/hope this was an isolated experience.

Small riverside hotel in a town full of history

Quite and extremely clean with the property couple owners working there and speak English in case you don't speak French. Friendly, welcoming and extremely clean. Pool was closed due to late season however had drinks on the patio overlooking the old town and the L'Adour river. Old town full of historical buildings and churches and a bullring. Would stay again!

Cómodo pero sucio
Posted 26 Oct 2023 on HotelsFácil aparcar, se puede ir andando al centro, habitaciones amplias, wc separado de la ducha. Personal muy amable. Pero hay muchos insectos en la habitación, manchas por paredes y sábanas, una lámpara torcida, grietas por la pared. Necesita una renovación y más limpieza diaria. Chinches, arañas...todo tipo de insectos por la habitación y hasta dentro de la cama un mosquito muerto nada más deshacer la sábana. El plato de ducha manchado, pelos en el grifo. Tengo fotos de todo. Desayuno justito para 8 euros. Lo siento pero no se lo puedo recomendar a nadie ni volveré.

Dear Sir or Madam. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and that your comment is anonymous as we would have liked to know when you came and what room you stayed in. We agree that some rooms need a renovation and this is planned. Our hotel is located near the river and this year we had a lot of mosquitoes. It's not easy to clean the walls as soon as a guest squashes an insect. We are very surprised that you found hairs and stains because we check every room after the cleaning ladies' work. We also put the spiders outside when we see one and this is also check everyday. It is absolutely false that we have bedbugs and we cannot let you tell such a lie. We also regret that you did not say anything at reception and preferred to write on a website. We would be grateful if you could send us the photos you took. Sincerely
