Well, I wasn’t able to check in my first night because the desk was unmanned so that was very annoying, And I had to get a hotel next-door at the Hampton, which was awful, but I able to check in the next day and was very pleased with the hotel.

Room stunk due to mold, mildew, mustyness ?? Tried to spray in room - didnt help. Nobody could help on checkout to get some credit - we woke up with sore throats!! breakfast bad - out of everything! Worst Quality Inn we ever stayed at !!!

What stood out for me while staying here was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I wish that I had asked for a few more names but I will mention Lu and Jackie at the front desk. Jackie was so generous with her time as she assisted in booking a future stay. Maintenance was readily available to correct an issue with the tv. The property was clean and well cared for.
