Lovely, welcoming and obliging staff. Hotel is lovely as is the pool area.

Room floor has tiles which become very cold, no carpet, no slippers. Overpriced. Menu at Jacaranda is good to read but quality of chat was ordinary. Overpriced again. Good staff was the saving grace.

Over priced for what you get. Staff useless . Menu not varied enough .
