Terrible, wouldn’t recommend staying here

The property isn’t kept upto standard of an Itc hotel. Room bedding was unchanged and dirty. Found stained dirty bath towel. Wasn’t pleased with the overall hotel quality rating, felt like a 2 star hotel. Management wasn’t too responsive or apologetic when provided feedback on the quality.

Overpriced for the facilities available in the hotel. Lift is old and need urgent attention. It’s in a good location, food is good but at this price there are a lot better options
