Great location-Poor Room conditions and service.
The location is verry good close to all good stuff.
The hotel front desk area is close to none existing: they do not answer the phone no matter the time of the day. If you have a need sorry but you are on your own.
The room had a bad odor, no hands towels and only one shower towel regardless the fact that the room was reserved for two people.
I tried calling the front desk, but they just do not answer the calls.
The room carpets stink and they appear to be in the process of changing them but all the waste from the room they are working on stays all day and night in the corridor
I would not recommend this hotel
The day I was living I mention the issues to the front desk personal and they said: “a yes it it’s the afternoon and night people problem”

4th time that we stayed at this hotel says everything this time we got help from the bellboy he was so nice and help us all the way through even setting up the ac
