Such a nice and convenient location by the plaza. Its nice to walk wherever you need to go. Inside the room, bed uncomfortable. After 2 days I was over sleeping in the bed. The sink didnt really work in the bathroom. The water barely ran.

It's in the right location to be able to do a lot of things. Its in the middle of a lot of restaurants and bars, not forgetting the plaza thats makes everything even better. I am definitely going to stay in this hotel when I go to my hometown again.

This is the third time I stayed there. They have been remodeling. I don't like the shower heads, they are way too high. You cannot adjust it your liking. You can hear everyone in the lobby and at all hours of the night. I do not like the new doors on the rooms either. No windows

Buen día, lamentablemente las habitaciones fueron acondicionadas a los espacios del edificio viejo y se trató de conservar lo más cercano a los años 50's por temas de presentación. Por el tema del ruido deje les comento a limpieza y recepción. Agradecerle sinceramente sus comentarios

Near the plaza central.
- Must wait for hot water to shower. Inform staff if none to ensure the valve is opened.
Last day was hot, and added cold for an excellent shower! Learned the ropes...

Very nice hotel but uncomfortable beds

Pros: The cleanliness and the location
Cons: the mattresses
Location: The plaza is just steps away along with the beautiful cathedral.
Everything about the hotel was great! Perfect location right in the heart of town, very clean, friendly staff, great wifi, warm water, quiet. The only con was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up every morning with sore backs.
