Nice people... rundown town.
Posted 26 Jul 2016 on HotelsVery friendly Staff. A bit pricy for accommodations... was not too happy about their stinginess! I canceled one of the nights of one the rooms, and still payed for the stay - In return they did not allow me to remain in the room past 2:30pm on the remaining room... I thought that was a bit unthoughtful of them.

Alguns funcionários da recepção deixam a desejar, a refeição tem pouca variedade, mas no geral, custo, benefício está bom

Chegamos, fomos super bem recebidos. Atendimento nesse hotel é algo extremamente bom. No entanto nossa suite cheirava mto ruim. Achamos que seria só por estar fechada. Abrimos tudo, ligamos o ar e saímos, ao voltarmos estava horrível. Pedi assistência na recepção, o primeiro atendente não foi nada prestativo. Ligamos uma segunda vez e o atendente Marcos Vinícius nos atendeu, dai pra frente foi só solução. Rsrs. Recebemos as camareiras que constantaram entupimento no banheiro. Chamaram a manutenção em instantes, mas não satisfeitas, nos mudaram de quarto, nos instalaram certinho e dai pra frente tudo otimo. Especialmente agradecendo a pessoa da Agata que foi mto solicita. Comida excelente, piscina mto limpa. As duas inclusive. O restaurante é um show. Td mto organizado. Enfim, por isso damos 5 estrelas. Pq tivemos tudo solucionado e não precisamos nos estressar com nada nem ninguém. RECOMENDAMOS
