"We were so impressed by this hotel and would definitely recommend it or stay there again! All of the staff were friendly and helpful with recommending where to eat and what to do in San Juan. The room was clean and large! We loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. The bed was super comfortable too. The gym had everything you needed for a great workout. The breakfast was good and we loved the rooftop restaurant views! It’s also in a safe and convenient location!"

"As soon as we checked in the resort smelled so good and the staff was very welcoming The people that were helping at the beach were very fast to get you chairs and very helpful We did her couples massage and Javier was excellent I highly recommend him! Our favorite restaurant was Serafina and the housekeepers were very good your room always Clean the pool was not to crowded lots of towels to use and chairs available check out was fast they let us check out one hour late overall good trip "

"Hotel had just opened when I first stayed there (Dec, 2022). Three years later, it's just as well-kept and clean. I see employees constantly cleaning the common areas and performing maintenance tasks. Guest rooms are decently sized, but more importantly, thoughtfully designed with plenty of work surfaces and electrical outlets. Staff are friendly, the hotel is safe and well located. Lovely scent in the lobby. I slept soundly - bed is comfortable, room is quiet. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!"
