When we arrived at the Hotel they claimed to have no idea of our booking. So after back and forth and multiple phone calls they finally checked their emails to see the Expedia booking. We weren’t offered the chance of having a meal. Then next morning we woke to have no hot (or even warm) water. So cold showers! Apparently someone forgot to turn it on for our room. And the access road to the very remote location is an absolute nightmare, barely passable by conventional car!

my dear sir, unfortunately it is not our fault your booking did not arrive only because the expedia email arrived 24 after this was not your booking, 2 cold water and it happened that she did not have patience wait 10 minutes for us to change the gas cylinder, third thing the access road is on a dune of the temples, if you preferred the asphalt you could go to the city and not to the sea, you seemed nicer I offered you two beers for sorry for the inconvenience of booking, however thanks for your vote
