Room and bathroom very clean and working condition. Very comfortable. In house dining is very expensive but there are a lot of outside options .

Issues with check in, we booked a king size bed but when we went our room we saw 2 queen size bed, they should let us know when we were doing the checkin at the reception( we thought it was a mistake), we had to go back and get a king size bed for which they were giving a lot of excuses. Finally we got a king size bed but the room had a foul smell and we had to do all the process again and get a different room. Lot of issues with internet and staff is not always quick to attend to your queries.

Everyone was helpful and the travel coordinator made sure we had our driver and tour guide for the day. The room need to get renovated it seems but other than that, accommodation was great! Would be back

I thought this property really punched above its weight. We stayed in one of the 5th floor rooms with a Taj view, which really was worth the money and the room was good. Really appreciated how helpful the staff were in setting up tours and arranging and onward transfer ( at a sensible price - not a given from what I saw at other hotels we stayed in ). My only reason for not giving 5 stars is on our first night, there was a wedding anniversary on until midnight and the music was really disruptive and so loud, even with ear plugs, it was really hard to sleep- hopefully we just got unlucky but the hotel I think should notify in advance if they’re putting an event like this in because given their layout, it will be invasive ). Food at the hotel was ok but below average compared to other places we stayed.

Pre-arrival issues soured my impression

Sadly, my experience with this hotel started off on a bad foot. The day before we were to arrive at the hotel in Agra I received notice about our room bookings not being secured. First they said I had 24 hours to fix this or the reservations would be cancelled. By that evening, they had already cancelled the bookings (they said). When I phoned the hotel, I spoke with someone named "F". He told me the problem was with my booking third party (that's hotels.com) and I needed to contact them. Finally on the morning of our arrival, I spoke with an employee named "Sh" who told me there was no room in the hotel and that our bookings had been cancelled. She then asked if we could rebook for another day (seriously??!? we were on our way to the hotel that day). As well as telling her that was a "stupid question", I told her that I felt like the hotel had handled this very badly. They didn't inform me about the problem until the day before our arrival. Nor did they provide any avenue to make another payment. After that, suddenly our bookings were confirmed. It seemed unpleasant and unnecessary, but it appears that I may be having an issue with the hotels.com app. The hotel itself, was slightly disappointing. It wasn't the Radisson that I remembered from previous visits (I understand that is now a Taj Convention Center Hotel...or something to that effect).
