Right across the street from the beautiful beach with a nice walkway. Room was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with adjacent outdoor kitchen/lounge. The amenities were plentiful.

Very spacious and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Walking distance to the shops and beach.

We had a recently renovated villa so that was fantastic. I would stay here again one night wasn’t long enough.

Disappointing

Location was great and that’s where the good news ends. There was no reception office open for the entire 2 night/ 3 day stay, so couldn’t get extra towels or toilet paper (only one roll in room). There were also no pool towels and the pool was hot and very dirty. It appeared that all that had been done in the room after the last guests left was new bin liners and bedding. The shower was full of sand and mouldy, sand on the floor of the room, dust and torn up toilet paper on the window sill and last guests belongings still in bedside drawer. The cupboard doors did not slide and had to be lifted to access the space. Girl in the restaurant was very rude when we asked about booking a table and when we enquired about takeaway she said we’ll have to see if we’re too busy! Yes, we knew our room was called ‘budget’ but it was $230 a night and we at least expected it to be clean.

Poor room service, we 3 people stayed for 3 nights , there was no room service and not enough milk, toiletries. When we called the after hours manager no response.. worst ever experience, please stay away from this property

We apologies this was your experience with us. We take your remarks seriously and are making enquiries as to why your call to the manager was never passed on. We hope you understand that staffing was limited on Christmas Day and Boxing Day, and we do not advertise serviced rooms, we are sorry for the confusion here.

I was disappointed my room was changed without consultation after discussing what we required we had a room we couldn't use due to steps so we were moved to original room we booked. Then to top it off they booked our room for another person as well who came to check into our room with her key. I am not keen on giving a bad review, but no one bothered to contact me to explain or apologize for the inconvenience, I had to call them myself. Lovely property and a great location. There was a smoke alarm sitting on the bench that had fallen from the ceiling. The unit was immaculate and loved everything about it. But the staff failed with supplying customer service.

We sincerely apologize for the room allocation error, this is a very rare occurrence and we are implementing measures to ensure this does not happen again. The room change was a free upgrade to our top standard of room, and most of the time our guests are very pleased to have received this, however we agree your requirement's for a ground floor unit should have been more seriously considered before this change was made.
