"Excellent location near the Fulton subway station. Very easy to get around. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable but shows signs of wear & tear. Our room was not cleaned the last 2 days - you have to call and request it if they skip your room in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it to other travellers. You will be safe and comfortable. It’s a good price."

"My only reason for the so so review is that there was no way to control the temperature in my room. I have an autoimmune issue that affects me greatly when it is too hot. The temp in the room upon arrival was 77 degrees. I had someone come up and they said that during March (and I imagine all winter) they are on central air and the rooms cannot be individually controlled by the customer. Never had that before in my 50+ years of traveling - at least not in the last 20 years anyway"

"Staff was great, location is very convenient to Subway and shopping. My only complaint was the elevators weren’t working the first day were there. The staff had to operate manually and it took very long to get up to the 36th floor. Would stay again as long as the elevators are working. "
