The staff were extreamly helpful and thoughtful. I had a blackout in my room and it was sorted very quickly. The building is a bit tired looking and dated Good location to China Town ( easy 10 min walk) and Interstate trains (15 min Walk)

The hotel is well positioned in a walkable distance from transport, shops, restaurants in the charming inner city and staff is helpful and polite. We were lucky and got a carpark with was a bonus. I loved the option of being rewarded by $10/day if we chose not to get the room serviced and happily spent the money on breakfast on our last day. We’ll definitely be back!

I had a great stay here on my way back to Sydney. The staff were so helpful at check in. The bed was so comfortable and the room peaceful and quiet. A big thank you to Tony for taking me to the airport early the next morning!

I recently stayed and was impressed at how friendly and welcoming the staff were at the hotel. The only criticism I had was that there was no conditioner in the shower and the gym was pretty small.

This was a quick stop over before flying out, but would definately return. The Hotel was beautiful and the beds were comfortable
