The service is of high stadard but the bathroom needs to be refurbished - peeling paint and outdated shower bath etc

We didn’t alert staff to this at the time (probably should have), but the cleanliness was quite horrible. We had black feet just from walking around the apartment bare foot (I am not even exaggerating either). The bathrooms were clean but they had old mould stains that had made their way into the grout and corners of the shower & bath. The bed sheets also smelt like they had been left in the washing machine for hours after it had finished its cycle which created an unpleasant musk. Other than that- great location, spacious apartment and staff were brilliant.

At Quest Mawson Lakes, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, so please accept my sincere apologies that your stay was less than perfect. I would like to further follow up on the cleanliness issues you have experienced, if you could please contact the hotel to provide a name and room number so I can look into specifics. Our carpets are vacuumed daily and deep cleaned on a monthly basis, and our bathrooms are similarly cleaned daily. If there is mould in the silicon we generally report and replace as needed, and I would love to bump your room up the list. Lastly, our bed sheets are cleaned and provided by a third-party linen company, and I would very much like to investigate further. For now, I have had housekeeping check over our clean stock to make sure there is no mustiness. I am glad that you found the location & rooms spacious & convenient and thank you for the kind words about our staffThank you again for your feedback.
