False advertising. This apartment was advertised with an Air-conditioned bedroom. As I was staying in Adelaide after having major surgery to my head and knowing it was going to be very hot weather we specifically chose this apartment as it stated the bedroom was air conditioned. On arrival there was no parking for us to be able to check in, my husband had to drop me off and keep driving laps of the block until I came back out. We paid $28 a night for parking only for it to not be in the building we were staying in. This is not a huge issue but they could have at least explained this when I checked in. When we eventually found our way back to the correct hotel we arrived into our room which was scorching hot and found that the closed off bedroom had no air conditioning and not even a fan for air flow. I went down to reception and the lady was rude and condescending. She basically told me it was bad luck and that the air conditioner in the living room should be enough to cool the whole apartment- which makes no sense when the bedroom is completely closed off. I explained my situation which she couldn’t have cared less about and showed her the booking that said BEDROOM AIR-CONDITIONED and she simply shrugged and said there was nothing she could do about it. We had to stay that night as we’d been in the room already but they did refund the next two night accommodation. Would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Apartment was also very noisy from nearby bar and dirty.

Very good location for transport, dining and entertainment. Apartment proved an excellent choice, providing all amenities required for a 10 day stay.. Staff friendly and helpful.

I booked a sky view but unfortunately was looking only at the side of a building, the other side when I looked around it was a abandoned building and vacant lot, not very scenic. The room smelt damp, there was signs of water damage on the roofs of 2 of the rooms the toilet was very smelly. Beds weren't very soft. Was only given 2 towels and had to ask for more by heading down one building across an alley to another to request the towels. Parking costs and the basement layout was quite confusing. No guest book or any information about the hotel. Had to call to ask when the pool was open and where the pool was. Wasn't really a 4 star experience and wasn't very good value.

Car park was only available twice so we parked in a different spot. Room was nice, a really hard bed was the main issue we had. Pool and spa were fantastic. Overall a very good stay.
