The place is old. The kitchen did not have any knife.the floor was dirty . I cleaned it twice when we arrived there. The washroom is good. Easy check in. Noisy

EXTREMELY disappointed with this stay.
Communication from staff via the phone was ok, but that is where the positive things end.
Door could not be closed properly. The window was permanently locked into a partially open position, which allowed excessive noise to come in. And the noise from other apartments? My goodness. I had the worst sleep of my life staying in this place. I would give a zero star review if I could, and would also demand a refund. I rented this hotel for around 12 hours as I needed some sleep after arriving from an internationally flight.
From the moment I arrived I realised I was not going to get much sleep but I tried anyway.
Doors were being slammed all night, thumping footsteps from above, and either side. It was terrible and I strongly urge anyone who doesn’t sleep with earplugs in to not stay here.
Terrible place.

This property was great as a location for the hospital and short walk to O’Connell street to grab something to eat.

Neat and tidy, all inclusive unit. Good shower system and water pressure.
Reception staff were pleasant to talk to and helpful the whole way through.

I DID NOT LIKE DIRTY LAUNDRY ON FOYER FLOOR.
GUESTS ARGUING IN STAIRWELL.
FELT VERY UNSAFE,DID NOT ACCESS ROOM MOVED TO SAFER ACCOMODATION DO NOT EXPECT ANY CHARGES.

Great value, comfortable and central. Smart watches TV would’ve been good and TV in bedroom would have been handy too. Overall good - would stay again.
