The wellness center , one of the main reasons I chose the property, was closed for 2 months. There was no coffee machine, iron, robes and communication was limited in regards to the property. We were able to check in early which we greatly appreciated after an early flight. When the pool and wellness center are open I’m sure it’s amazing.

The room was dark facing to the wall! Breakfast was boring and not much choice. Hardly any staff at the breakfast. Inaccessible if you don’t have a car. Overall not worth the money.

They checked us into a room that was already checked into with a woman’s belongings in. They upgraded us to a slightly better room that reeked of bleach. The spa which we booked the hotel to use was an up charge. Very unhappy with our stay

property needed a paint job. room was outdated. in need of a major upgrade. They had a computer for guest use but it did not work and no one was able to fix it. Staff would not print my boarding pass at the front desk.

Average hotel with some good views

Room was large and clean enough. Showers need updating. We paid extra for sea views but might as well have saved our money as there was no balcony and you had to stand at the window to get the view! All the indoor facilities cost quite a bit extra. We tried to book the spa and the lack of interest in even acknowledging our presence caused us not to bother. All the staff were too busy talking!! This hotel is more for businesses/conferences than tourists Also avoid unless you are Italian.
