Needs improvement

The bed was too hard. I had to sleep with a pillow under me. The room stated that it was a penthouse room I was renting when actually it was a suite. It has a bed, living room and kitchen all in one room. Also, we paid the waitress, Ruth cash including a tip for an order. She did not give us a receipt. The morning of checkout, We had to pay the bill again before we left.

I like San Marino. This was my second stay there within three months. i couldn’t get them directly on the phone. i tried. i booked through Expedia, and was confirmed. Unbeknownst to me when i arrived to check in, they had texted me there were no more rooms available. However, after my concerns overe being confirmed they found me a smaller room, which had an air quality issue. The staff did the best they could, even a visit by the manager who addressed the issue right away, calling in maintenance. The issue wasn’t fixed but i did not complain further. The breakfast next day was outstanding, i didn’t have time my first stay, to have it. also was showed the small gym and pool area.

Quiet room in a busy area

The room was clean and spacious, with a good queen size bed. I asked for a quiet room, and the hotel made sure my request was fullfilled. Our KLM flight was at 10.15pm, and we wanted late check out at 6pm. Usually hotels in Ghana would charge a full night for such late check out, but the hotel gave us a very good offer. We are going to stay at this hotel next time we are in Accra.
